The Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA) has warned that "US Capital Private Bank” is not authorized under Hong Kong's banking ordinance and the two websites, www.uscapitalprivatebank.com and www.uscapitalfundingii.com, that it operates are suspected to be fraudulent. "US Capital Private Bank” claims that it is a Tier One Wealth Management and Private Financial Institution. The case has referred to the Hong Kong Police Force and victims should contact any local Police Station or the Commercial Crime Bureau of the Hong Kong Police Force at 2860 5012.
Remember to check the status of any website that is soliciting deposits.
