The Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA) and the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Limited (ICBC) have warned that http://icbchk.vip is a fraudulent website with no connection to ICBC. The site requires customers to provide personal data for private loan applications. The Hong Kong Police are investigating.
The domain for the fraudulent website did not exist at the time of writing. Victims should contact the Cyber Security and Technology Crime Bureau of the Hong Kong Police Force at 2860 5012 and ICBC at +852 2588 1188.
