These policies are not real policies. They are based on policies used in real organisations, including our own, but they have been edited for the purposes of publication. They may or may not be suitable for your organisation, that is the point of a policy: it states the organisation's position on an issue, and, because organisations differ, the policies will differ. We do not suggest that these policies will be "right" for your, or any, organisation.
